パレルモから夜のバスで着いたにも関わらず、チェックインに対応してくれて大変助かった。 また、出発時も空港へのバスの時間まで荷物を置かせてくれたり、サービスは最高。 部屋は十分広く、バルコニーもあり、とても清潔。 ホストのジョバンニさんが非常に親切で、何か困った事がないか常に聞いてくれた。
